What created this massive hole that swallows all light reflected off the clouds and what might lie at the bottom is unknown, but a topic of hot debate for scholars and adventurers alike.

The highest mountain in Valor, Whiskey Peak provides the likely harshest climate in the province. Its constant, unforgiving, icy cold winds and lack of oxygen may be rectified by skilled mages, but Whiskey Peak has a strong fluctuation of ethernano causing magic to become unreliable to use, even for the more skilled mages.
