He needs someone he can't read. Someone spontaneous and aloof. Someone who is quick-witted and outspoken. Someone who speaks purely from the heart and not the mind. He needs someone who is not materialistic or interested in political gain at all. Anyone like that would attract him quite easily on a more romantic level.
