Ghalta is the largest port in Hargeon. Work here never seems to seize. Regardless of the time of day there are constantly ships that arrive and take off.

A recently completed architectural development and another marvel of Eos. A series of interconnected bridges lace this part of Hargeon that allow small ships to travel further into the district straight from the ports by the coast. The water currents are manipulated through a complex system that, while still not perfectly functional, has turned into another tourist attraction.
