CURRENT INFORMATION:

He, who came from a knight background of the Vow family, excels at judging everything impartial where no external influence will affect him. He is a saint to the people who is on his side and won't shy away to become a devil in front of the people who deem as an enemy. Vow who once had a lover then dies due to the pursuit of the assassin who chase him, decides to not dabble on romance. However, he is not completely closing the chance to have a partner in the future.

The only reason on why he ignores the corruption of other Arbiter is that he deems on what they are doing is not harmful to the Etherium Council and to the citizen greatly where he needs to make repent. In fact, what they are doing has proven more beneficial towards him where he gains more supporter from the people who got hurt by them directly nor indirectly.
