Fawkes has always had his head in the clouds daydreaming 24/7 and never paying attention to people talking to him. He's perfectly content in his own company, and prefers to be alone the majority of the time rather than be surrounded by lots and lots of people. Despite being part of the council, he never tends to have a strong opinion on certain political matters or drastic events, and is definitely one to sit on the fence and try to uphold the peace. Fawkes is a lover of history and magic, and spends his free time collecting trinkets and books which he stores in his safe house. He'd much rather surround himself with objects and books than spend time with people, and can be considered as rude and antisocial because of it.[break][break]

Fawkes is kind and loves to help those not as fortunate as him and he does his best to arrange events to help young children in need. He likes to discreetly push people's buttons and find out details about people that may not really be considered important, but he's a strong believer that knowledge is power. The whole simple and innocent persona he has is definitely genuine, as well as his hardworking nature, but at the end of the day, Fawkes was granted a place in the council for a reason. There is still a strong and fearsome personality laying underneath the mask, a carefully crafted attitude that can make him ruthless and unforgiving in dire times. He can be quite intimidating when he wishes to be, and will resort to violence and devilish set-ups when he feels someone needs to be 'set straight'.

Fawkes got into the council through sheer hard work and perseverance, originally starting from the bottom as a messenger and secretary, and now finally has a slightly more persuasive position within the council. Although minor, Fawkes' main duty is the investigations of magical cases to determine whether they need to be elevated to a higher authority or closed. He is just another cog in the machine, but his curious personality and his determination to impress others always leads him a little further into issues than he should be.
