[attr="class","opmindblurb1fac"]In Eos, the Black Market may be a physical location people can visit to purchase unsavory, often illegal wares and services, but it is also the name of the organization that runs the business. The Black Market is a criminal enterprise that has survived centuries of political power exchanges in Eos. It is comprised of a variety of people from all walks of life who make sure that things run smoothly and the Council has as little interference as possible in their operations. The Black Market provides all the goods and services that the public can't provide.[break][break]

Members of the Black Market are typically separated into two rough categories. The administration, which consists of a handful of people who take care of the business end of the market, make sure everyone gets their share and stays employed. The also make sure things run smoothly, everyone keeps their mouth shut and the Council doesn't get wind of things. They have the most authority in the Black Market, and will tend to those seeking to disrupt operations, or betraying the organization. Then there's the diverse group of mercenaries that consist of brokers, assassins, bodyguards, thieves, spies and a whole assortment of people who'll follow the money. [break][break][break]

Kingpin The boss of the Black Market. A cunning, enigmatic figure that has a tight hold on Eos' underworld. Likely obtained this position through treachery and backroom politics, but might just have been picked by the previous Kingpin.

Enforcers The enforcers of the Black Market make sure the operations run smoothly. They are in the know about everything that goes on and maintain absolute secrecy about the existence of the organization. If someone spills, they'll know and they will take appropriate measures.

Mercenaries The employees of the Black Market. They have varying degrees of knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes. Some are in the know, some don't even that the Black Market is tied to a greater organization.
