I’m here to offer my two-cents on what could be a great business deal. Leviathan is an accomplished woman from humble beginnings, and from what turns into a need for survival quickly becomes a ludicrous career. She has seen the Council’s true colors and this makes her a potential ally.
Not just to Grimm Troupe. But to Cassie as well.
Cassie could be one of Leviathan’s frequent customers. After all, she has spent most of her life away from wandering eyes and trying to erase any trace of information that might lead to her identity being revealed as a monster that melts people. Her story has since withered away by time from memory, but every now and then ambers of her past seem to ignite.
This would mean she would often keep tabs on the flow of information that goes around Eos, and in exchange Cassie would do something for Leviathan. I don’t know if this would pique the latter’s interest in Cassie’s past, but that all depends on how greedy Leviathan is for power.
But yeah, this is me! Any thoughts?

frienemies ♚ Heya, Sugar, its Post Melon and I’m here to offer up some plots.
So this one of the few people in the group that Cassie will probably find herself disliking somewhat. Simply by the way that she holds herself, composure and demeanor are all similar attributes that Cassie finds in most nobles. They’ll probably have more catfights than anyone else in the group.
Nevertheless, if they are to agree on anything, it’s their hatred for the nobles that scorned them. They are one of the few mutants in the troupe so while many people would expect them to get along, both their pettiness leads to a whole lot of squabble. But in battle, Cassie would probably act as support for most the group. That would include Ariadne too, although for playfulness sake, she does not heal her unlike most of the group.

friendship ♚ The idea of Rhyme and Cassie’s friendship. I can see that happening.
To be fair, Cassie’s idea of humanity is twisted. She sees them as two-faced monsters who will jump at the chance of killing one of their own out of fear. She has lost faith in humanity and seeks to annihilate them as a form of “freedom”. Maybe Rhyme can change that? Not with words, but with his actions. If and when Rhyme discovers that Cassie is an immortal mutant with uncanny similarities with each other, and if he doesn’t persecute her, maybe she’ll be more open to a friendship with him.
But this might happen in the far future, depending on their encounters.
I usually vote for having characters thrown in a thread and let them act naturally under the circumstances of the plot. Then, we get a gauge of how the characters will interact with each other and form a foundation of their relationship. That said, I read your wanted ads for Rhyme and was wondering whether you had any ideas as to the sort of background you want to your character to develop while encountering said adventurers or people who know his face prior amnesia?

friendship ♚ Hmm. Now that I think about it. A food thread leading into a food fight wouldn’t be so bad after all. No, wait, it would be awesome hahah! I like the incentive of Myria inviting Cassie into her own territory as a form of date or day-off. They could go on a foodie trip and discuss the finer points in life of leading double lives. But I’d rather leave that to the thread on how it goes. I’m up for the idea of setting them up in a private room, though. That way they could discuss things unbridled.
Furthermore, I also like the idea of them sparring in the Temple of Grimm. These plots don’t have to be quests, mind you. I just liked the idea of getting the extra gold. But I prefer the character development more. I’m still trying to wrap my head around the kind of extracurricular activity that Grimm Troupe has and how the promotion system works. I guess I should have asked beforehand but I thought I’d learn that from the get-go after getting accepted.
On that note, we could have a separate thread where Myria and Cassie spar together. I actually want to see her in action against someone that’s her level or stronger, that way I can gauge how much of a punching bag I want her to be. I can start either thread for us! I need practice on starting threads.

There were far too many to recount, though remembering them made it seem as if she was a little too desperate to hide her presence. She wondered how everyone in the Troupe handled the everyday stress of concealing their criminal history. She’d been Leader for how many years now but it still stressed her out. How she longed to eradicate society and walk unbridled in the chaos… Cassie’s train of thought was interrupted by another thought. The image of Blue. “ Oh! Right… um,” She scratched her head and made a quick bowing notion towards the stranger. “ Sorry! I’m just very new at this whole theurwhatjamacallit thing.” In spite of living for far longer than someone her appearance, Blue had gotten off on its own adventures more than she could count. His voracious gluttony far surpassed Cassie’s expectations. She distinctly remembered him being less “chompy” but couldn’t exactly remember at what point his behavior did change. After all, being chased by a mob of mages had a certain effect on someone. Her eyes widened for a moment when he revealed the fact that he was good at finding certain people. There were conflicting emotions fighting within her at the moment. Curiosity made her want to know more about this person and certify his claim. On the other hand, caution dictated that she dispose of him immediately. Even without Blue by her side, her abilities would be enough to kill him. But in all her years, she had learned never to underestimate people. It was the very principle that most people ignored, leading to her high success rate in missions. “ Oh!” She jumped up and down, her eyes gleaming with excitement, her face as close to the boy as possible. “ Are you a student at the Academy? Are you going to cast some really cool spells? Like scrying or maybe magic perception?” Cassie paused for a while, then made a tactical retreat a few steps back. It was cringe worthy to have to adopt her old ways of behaving but no one would suspect a hyper-active, scatterbrained girl to be anything but the leader of a terrorist group. “ Oops. Oh dear, that scene in the cafeteria would be fun to do! They fight over which ice cream tastes better and then a food fight erupts. But yes, the terms of their relationship can actually be described sisterly. Although according to their ages, Cassie should acting as the older sister, her childish personality surfaces more often than she’d like to, and hasn’t really grown up in spite of her immortality. Oof, timelines. I had to read it a few times to make sense of it, but yeah, I guess that would make more sense. If you don’t mind it, lol.
But we could try out for a mission, since they’re both Troupe members the best way to gouge their relationship would be doing what they do best— and that would be fighting and killing people! When Myria is free of threads, maybe we can throw them into a mission together!
As for Rhyme, maybe they fight maybe not, but I think after Rhyme senses Cassie’s underlying emotions about the current society, he digs into her past, and upon discovering her true identity, Cassie decides Rhyme is too much of a nosey person to let live? Rhyme, being the heroic type that he is, tries to reconcile Cassie’s unbridled hatred for humanity?

I can really see Poltergeist trying his best to be sympathetic to Cassie the way you just described it. He sits down, and brings her ice cream and they just sit together in silence, while Cassie eats her ice cream. Poltergeist could be the older brother figure that Cassie never had. At first she may find him a little annoying for not talking, but gradually she sees the reason for his current state, almost mirroring her own situation.
Please do pick her up. Like, that would be the funniest thing ever. She'd struggle, and yell at Poltergeist for being a dumb-dumb but relent as they go to a mission. If they partner up, Mordred won't have to worry about dying or getting caught because Cassie is actually very good at cleaning up messes.
I think we should do a thread together, and see how they work? A mission, social or anything to solidify the base of their relationship.

It boasted a wildlife sanctuary amidst the Academy that allowed students to unwind and relax, whilst enjoying the view. But students rarely had the opportunity to relax, with their studies and future ahead. During the day, sunlight broke through the dense, emerald canopy to provide spots of warm light where Cassiopeia would often bask underneath them. Cassie often took the time to roam around the city, gathering information and seeing the condition of Altair for himself. She often brought Blue with her, but the slime proved difficult to tame when no meal was involved. It had a rebellious streak when it suffered from bouts of hunger, and the fact that its body was just one huge stomach did not help. Thus, here she was, in the middle of the verdant maze, trying to find her familiar who thought the wildlife here was synonymous to an open bar buffet. Slimes were normally at the bottom of the food chain, but Blue was special. Even apex predators ended up at the bottom of its stomach. “ Blue!” Cassie sighed, but kept her eyes peeled, looking left and right. I came here to throw in a plot for Myria! She’s such a straight forward character, and I think the dynamics of their relationship will be fun and easy to play out. They have uncanny similarities in terms of their background and the way they live their lives.
First and foremost, they are both estranged from their family. While Cassie’s mother died many years ago, she does not miss her, and wishes she were alive just so that Cassie could mutilate her once more. Myria felt like she didn’t belong in such a clean-cut family of business people and run away to live her own life.
Although Cassie isn’t the type to easily show affection, she wouldn’t mind having Myria as an older sister of sorts. Myria could grow on Cassie slowly, starting rocky at first because Cassie doesn’t like being treated like a kid, but Myria doesn’t see anything else but a kid. Then they could get into fights and even spar!
They are also both females in the Grimm Troupe that hold leader positions, but maybe they could’ve known each other before hand? Like having Myria teach Cassie the ropes of being a Troupe, and casually lending her a hand in her quest to become a leader. Cassie joined the Troupe when she was 20 so I’m not sure how that would work out chronologically.
Thirdly, I saw in one of your wanted ads that you needed someone as a sparring partner and cleanup crew. While Cassie may not be able to erase memories and whatnot, she can deal with bodies and physical evidence, either by eating it herself (as a unison spell) or having her cute little slime devour corpses and anything else. This would allow Myria to decimate thousands while providing food for Cassie’s familiar.
Lastly, Cassie would also like a fighting partner. She’s literally a semi-immortal punching bag with a high-resistance to physical attacks. Their sparring sessions would probably curdle even the most seasoned fighters. I can imagine Myria slashing away at Cassie while the latter laughs maniacally, slowly regenerating her body.

Her skin and innards melted from her bones as she crawled on the ground for help. Served that bitch right. [break] [break] Since then, Cassie has been on the run from society until her face, her story hopefully forgotten. It doesn’t matter to her any more. Living in hiding changes a person, y’know. ꜰʀɪᴇɴᴅs [break] Cassie makes friends as easy as it is to pick up tissue paper, blow it on your nose, and then throw it away. She's not the type to show her true feelings to someone, and keeps a guard around everyone. No exceptions. She's quick to deny stuff if any of her intricacies are pointed out. [break] [break] Undeniably, having allies to use is very important, specially as a leader. Getting close to her is hard, but at the same time easy. If Cassie has any use for you, she'll keep you. Otherwise you can kiss her good bye. But by all means, force her to do stuff. She acts tough and adult-like, but her body and emotions are somewhat childlike. [break] [break]
ᴇɴᴇᴍɪᴇs [break] This a lot easier to achieve compared to any other relationship. This is where the saying "Hell hath no scorn, like a woman's wrath" is very much implied. As the leader of Grimm's Altair area, she's had to break necks and stab hearts in order to get where she has been. If you live in Altair, chances are you've probably heard of her criminal activities, but not know the appearance of the perpetrator. [break] [break] Also, if you've heard about the incident nearly 30 years ago about her and her mother, then you'll probably be on top of her list of people to kill. There are also plenty of other reasons to become enemies and Cassie's history is open to interpretation!
ʟᴏᴠᴇʀs [break] Cassiopeia has been living for a long time, her heart burnt and stabbed by the person she thought she loved the most. With the help of her mother, she rescued Blue out of the jaws of a predator, and made a pact with it. [break] [break]Slimes are the most common of creatures belonging to the race of Ethereals, and lack any special attribute outside of using ethernano as a source of food. They get this from consuming organic material around them, often vegetation but can also consume almost anything, making them omnivores. [break] [break]While the intelligence of most slimes are subpar, Blue has become moderately intelligent after absorbing much of Cassie's magic. He's developed a child-like personality that likes to cuddle, loves warm hugs, and it's only raison d'etre is waiting for it's next meal. Blue's consumption abilities evolve momentarily to consume a single active spell of equal value, whether a projectile, field or ward, effectively ending it's effects. His body can expand accordingly, and needs to digest the spell before consuming another.

This spell allows Blue to transform into any living organism that Cassie desires as long as the slime can consume part of it's DNA. While transformed, Blue gains their abilities and magic effective immediately. The mimicry is physically flawless, but does not include inorganic material. Blue can only copy abilities derived from Arcanists, Mystics, and Mutants. [break][break]
It isn't possible for Blue to mimic the form of a Theurgist's familiar, but it would have to meet the same requirement. Once the transformation ends, Blue must consume another piece of the target's DNA to transform after cool down. Magical beasts can also be mimicked this way.

Cassie gains Blue's the ability to transform into anything after consuming a part of the target that contains their DNA. While transformed, the copy is flawless right down to their abilities. However, like ENVY, the transformation may only copy spells from Arcanists, Mystics, and other Mutants. [break][break]
The spell can still transform Cassie into people who use Theurgy and Artifice magic but cannot copy their abilities as they are linked to outside sources. She can also take on the form of animals and magical beasts, but must meet the spells requirements. Upon transformation, Cassie loses all ability to cast any unison spells with Blue or any other abilities until the effect ends.

By fusing with Blue, Cassie's body adopts all the abilities of her familiar, as well as changing the composition of her body closer to that of a slime. First and foremost, her body becomes elastic, allowing her to stretch her limbs up to 20 meters long. She can shift and transform her body to change cosmetic things like age, skin color, facial features etc. while still retaining her own abilities. She is able to consume most materials by simply absorbing it within her body, and becomes nourishment for her.
[break][break] Upon transformation, GLUTTONY's cool down is reduced to a single post if she doesn't consume it, but instead returns the spell back to the caster or releases it somewhere else. ENVY, while under the effects of WRATH, can create a clone of herself which has the same abilities as the original, all except for WRATH. The spell GREED can now merge the DNA of two living organisms and use their move-pools together. The two classes of DNA must come from the same species (i.e Human + Human or Beast + Beast) but never a mixture.

[break]Cassie’s immortality is imperfect. It surfaced at a tender age in her life which perpetually rendered her body forever at the age of 10. She won’t grow older and her body won’t mature into adulthood. Her physical growth is stunted. Death is still viable and Cassie can still suffer from being wounded by a sword or burned by fire. However, her immortal body is capable of regenerating itself faster than that of a normal human being. It’s safe to say that her physical composition is closer to that of an ethereal than any other magical beast, and depending on the severity of the wound, it can heal almost instantaneously. The deeper and graver the wound, the longer it takes to heal. [break]

This regenrative ability also renders most poisons, toxins and other substances harmful to the body almost ineffective. As the mutation tries to keep the integrity of the body, it will expel them almost immediately. Cassie only suffers an 1/8th of the desired effect. [break]
[break]Her bodily fluids, predominantly her blood, have the same healing capabilities. This causes her blood, saliva, or even tears to take on a silver, transparent hue, almost like mercury. Ingesting them can increase a target’s regenerative abilities, though the effects are only temporary.

[break]Cassie is capable of exerting force upon an object without touching them. It's simply manipulating Ethernano in it's raw form. She achieves this by wrapping said object with Ethernano and then willing it to move. This allows her to control matter and it's trajectory with no spell or incantation.[break]
[break]She can levitate targets that have equal or less weight than herself with seemingly no effort. This also allows her limited flight and levitating capabilities. The greater the weight of an object, the harder it is to lift. She can push or nudge heavier things with less effort, for the same result. The strain of going past her limit causes immense pain to her body, specially her brain. This can lead to nausea, fainting and eventually comatose.[break]
[break] The effective range of her telekinesis goes as far as the eye can see. Her sight is vital for the accuracy and potency of her mutation. [break]
