CURRENT INFORMATION:He, who came from a knight background of the Vow family, excels at judging everything impartial where no external influence will affect him. He is a saint to the people who is on his side and won't shy away to become a devil in front of the people who deem as an enemy. Vow who once had a lover then dies due to the pursuit of the assassin who chase him, decides to not dabble on romance. However, he is not completely closing the chance to have a partner in the future. The only reason on why he ignores the corruption of other Arbiter is that he deems on what they are doing is not harmful to the Etherium Council and to the citizen greatly where he needs to make repent. In fact, what they are doing has proven more beneficial towards him where he gains more supporter from the people who got hurt by them directly nor indirectly. A deck of card unlike other that holds an archaic rune embed to it that act as a gate to summon things that symbolizes the card. Vow find the card buried deep within the ruin of berkel and sacrifices a lot to gather the whole deck.

Within the oldest record that the Vow family has, it is dated from the year of x398, said that the origin of the family has tight knit connection with the "Last Queen of Eos" as the soon to be head family of Vow family become part of the seven exclusive knight of the majesty and command the knight to topple the royal family. After everything dies down and the queen finally hailed as the hero, the Vow family who has nowhere to go become more and more declining over the time. Luxhart Vow the descendant from the Vow family has an ambition to rebuild the Vow family glory as the hero of Eos along with the Last Queen of Eos. Since he is still a child, he becomes part of the council and start as a knight. Slowly yet steady, with his track record on handling the training and on the field he finally got promoted into the captain. But, his ambition won't stop there. [break][break]
Luxhart was a famous general before he finally become an Arbiter. When he becomes the Arbiter, he holds the most authority over the knight compares to other Arbiter. His valor, bravery, and most importantly his strength strike fears to the enemy and safety to the allies. When he abdicate the throne of Arbiter over the previous Arbiter, lots of from the knight faction back him up to gain the throne due to his leadership skill and his cunning side. [break][break]
He who has been stoic for most of his life start mellowing out as he starts doing his job as an arbiter while handling a volunteer job with the citizen. Despite he start mellowing out, it doesn't mean he lower his guard whenever the assassin that sent to him from people who dislike Luxhart as the arbiter. With a clean sweep of his trusted card, no living assassin can injure him.
